A system with no API can't be integrated. SIS with APIs can be integrated with Accounting System, LMS and many more!

This is an era that students can access using different devices such as phone, tablet, desktop and in the future even from the watch!
#4 Can't write a custom report???
Time is money. In modern systems, reporting is just part and parcel of a core system of record. You don't have to write code to extract the data. Any report or dashboard should be created on the fly!
#5 System with limited customization???
Every institution has its own unique processes. One solution can't fit for all. If you are using a limited SIS without the support of flexibility and ability to easily customize, it is time to change!
