RIO Education provides Collarts with a complete solution to manage admissions/applications along with document generation, i.e. Letter of Offer. RIO Connect integration allows admission officers to upload applications (VTACExport) into Salesforce and populate Program Application records in RIO Education.

Student and Faculty Communities are portals that provide a variety of functionalities, such as enrolling into Courses and scheduling class sessions.
