RIO support was great along the way. Our needs understood and translated to solution where the workflows needed adjusting.
The RIO solution was intuitive and where change was needed, easily accommodated.
SPEED - I can't emphasize how quick it was to do the build activities, five months to turn around MVP admissions and another five for SIS. There were, off-course, followup enhancements, but overall the MVP was done and we were in UAT by end of July!.
User adoption and learning curve was much simpler compared to other systems.
ROI & IMPACT
In addition to the degree, certificate and study abroad programs, RAUL partners with degree-granting institutions on UK degree verification. Their legacy system did not have the ability to support this management of the partner students. With RIO, the Registry Services office can now track, analyze and and produce verified transcripts for their partner institutions with the touch of a button.
