Universitat Oberta de Catalunya was created in 1995 as the world's first university with a virtual campus.  Also embarking on a large transformation project in 2024, with RIO at the heart of their student management.  This is going to be a monumental journey that takes RIO and UOC to the next level of student support, globally.
